Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to the Eureka Office Supplies Ltd loyalty program. Application for an account is considered acceptance of these terms.

The Loyalty reward points are issued by a sales Advisor of Eureka Office Supplies Ltd.

All members of the loyalty program must be a resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
Account holders must make the Sales Advisor aware of their current working address and keep them informed of any pertinent changes. (This should be submitted in email form for proof) Eureka Office Supplies Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of any rewards as a result of incorrect details.

Eureka Office Supplies Ltd may decline to issue a withdrawal of points if the account is in debt and the payment is overdue.
Any items received from the Loyalty reward program will be under guarantee directly by the item manufacturer. Eureka Office Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable or responsible for defective, damaged or in anyway unsatisfactory goods.

All items claimed under the reward program are claimed on a good faith basis and will be ordered by Eureka Office Supplies Ltd for and on behalf of the account holder. Depending on the reward delivery times may vary but will be sent as soon as possible.

Points can be exchanged for the following, Free Goods/Gift, Love2Shop Vouchers, Credits, Experience days, Hampers, Sweets & Chocolates and Alcohol.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputed with be decided only by the English courts.

Eureka Office Supplies Ltd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Anyone that continues to participate in the loyalty program after such change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
