We offer a completely free standard 2-3 days delivery, we are also able to offer a next day service for any urgent orders our orders are either sent via our own courier Parcelforce. On the odd occasion we may send goods direct from manufacturer who may use different couriers. Any damages or short deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Collections & Returns

On the rare occasion you should wish to return an item, we collect via Parcelforce. When a return has been requested, you will receive a call from our returns department. All return must be packaged correctly and made available for the time and date agreed for collection. Returns are excepted within 28 days from invoice, any faulty items must be raised within 12 months.
